Our story

Hope Rock Farm became part of our family in 2026. Our farm grew out of our own family’s quest for good food—food we can feel good about feeding our children, raised with care and intention. We believe other families are looking for that same wholesome, thoughtfully raised food, and we want to help provide it.

Frank traded his engineering career for farm life and can now be found building fence, feeding animals, and taking on plenty of the dirty work that comes with farming. 

Elizabeth grew up on a dairy farm in Northeast Iowa and is a proud fifth-generation Iowa farmer. She keeps busy behind the scenes, sharing our farm’s story through the website, social media, and email. Our seven children pitch in whenever they can, making Hope Rock Farm truly a family endeavor.
